INSTRUCTIOSN FOR USE
Open the belt and adjust the “red” fabric to the area of pain, close both ends using both our hands and lightly tighten for good fit. In just a few minutes, we begin to feel the sweet warmth in the pain. For lower warmth we can wear a slim t-shirt or some other clothing and place the belt on top of it.

MAINTENANCE – CARE INSTRUCTIONS
You can wash your orthopedic appliance in cold water with a neutral detergent as often as you like and let it dry naturally in a shady place. Do not iron it. Do not place it in the washing machine or spread it out in the sun, as ceramic materials and metals in the fabric may be damaged.
